Assembly/Secondary Operations

TRICOSS provides you with a wide range of final assemblies and other secondary operations.

Spot Welding-Durable spot welding is available for designs that require that specific type of assembly.

Riveting-Rivet assembly for smaller items is done on a rivet machine; whereas, those items which require a large diameter rivet are assembled on a punch press.

Packaging-High quality care and protection in assembly and packaging of parts is a routine procedure that TRICOSS always performs.

At TRICOSS we can provide your research and development department with information and assistance, from our extensive knowledge and experience in working with a wide variety of materials. We work closely with your engineering department. TRICOSS has customer base in a wide variety of industry’s. We manufacture components that serve medical, automotive, aerospace, electronic, and aircraft industries (Raytheon, Hughes Aircraft, Delco to name a few customers).
